Campus 气候调查

As Emporia State University continues to assess the experiences of our students, 工作人员, 和 教师 in our endeavor of becoming a model for 多样性, 股本, 和包容, we invited campus members to participate in our 2022 Campus

气候调查. Capturing 和 acknowledging these experiences 和 perspectives is essential to unlocking strategies to tackle inequalities 和 cultivating a welcoming environment.

Over 1,200 responses were recorded through this climate survey. 工作人员, 教师, 和 students at the Emporia main campus, at distance sites such as ESUKC, 埃尔多拉多的巴特勒公司, or Butler CC-Andover, 和 online campus 社区 members were all surveyed to underst和 环境s on all of these campuses.

These responses provided key insights to underst和ing climate, culture, 和 practices on campus. This survey helps provide a clear underst和ing of the

experiences our 社区 members . These results guide the Office of Diversity, 股本, 和 Inclusion (ODEI) 和 the institution in making necessary change to support our collective 社区.
